What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal, Razor pay, and other secure onilne payment methods.

What is the return policy for products purchased from Zayvorax?

We have a 7-day return policy, which allows customers to request a return within 7 days of receiving their item. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How long does it take for orders to be processed and shipped?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary based on location, with metro cities typically receiving orders within 3-7 business days, while other locations may take 4-7 business days. Remote areas may experience delivery times of 7-8 business days.

Are there any shipping charges for orders?

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. For orders below this threshold, a small shipping fee ranging from ₹49 to ₹99 may apply, depending on the product weight.

How can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery conveniently.

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at zayvorax@gmail.com or call us at 8427345277. We will assist you promptly and initiate an investigation if necessary.

Does Zayvorax offer international shipping?

Currently, Zayvorax only ships within India. However, we are working on expanding our services to include international shipping in the near future.
